Welcome to Gamecoach.gg! Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gamecoach.gg, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Plans: Subscription & Lifetime

We offer the following premium access options:

• Subscription Plan: Monthly or annual billing that provides access to all premium features advertised for the plan term.
• Lifetime Plan: One-time payment providing access to premium features for the lifetime of the application. “Lifetime of the application” means for as long as Gamecoach continues to operate the Service in a commercially available form. If the Service is discontinued, shut down, or otherwise no longer offered, Lifetime access ends and no refunds are due.

Prices are shown in USD on our pricing page and may change prospectively. Any material changes will be communicated to existing customers in advance.

3. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Gamecoach does not store your full payment details. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.

Lifetime plan payments are a one-time charge and are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or at our discretion.

We aim to be fair and may review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel a subscription anytime via Stripe portal which you can be accessed from the 'Manage subscription' link found on your profile dropdown or on the pricing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access to premium features remains until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

5. User-Generated Content

The Service allows users to create, upload, and share content such as strategies, maps, images, comments, and other materials (“User Content”).

• You retain full ownership and control of your User Content.
• You grant Gamecoach a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, and display your User Content solely to provide and operate the Service (for example, to save, load, and share your strategies within your account or to others you explicitly choose to share with).

We understand that strategies and playbooks can represent your team’s competitive advantage. Gamecoach will never use, display, or share your private strategies or boards for marketing, training, or promotional purposes without your explicit consent.

If we ever wish to feature your content publicly (for example, in a community highlight or case study), we will always request your permission first.

• You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights, laws, or these Terms.
• We may moderate, remove, or restrict User Content at our discretion if it violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, branding, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Gamecoach or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

We strive for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Gamecoach and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any data loss, loss of profits or revenues, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service.

8. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

9. Changes to the Service & the Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms periodically. Where required, we’ll notify you of material changes (e.g., by email or in-app notice). Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
